If that Employee ID and work email match an active account, we'll email a password-reset link to it. It can take a few minutes, so check your junk folder too.

Resetting your password by email isn't available on OneHR just now. Your People Business Partner can reset it for you, and you can then sign in and choose your own from Account › Change password.
